He was predeceased by : his parents, Rev. Hezekiah T. Harmon Sr. and Nellie R. Harmon; his brothers, Bill Harmon and David Harmon; and his daughter Donna Lewis.

He is survived by : his wife Janet M. Harmon; his children, Tara Williams (George), Hezekiah Harmon III (Juanita), Kevin Harmon (Deborah), Janet and Tonie Yancey (Dwayne); his siblings, Carl Harmon Sr. (Joanne) and Pateicia Smalls (Lester); his grandchildren, George, Ty'Rell, Starlandria, Phrydae (Derrick Sr.), Stephon, Hezekiah IV, Whitney, Devon (Troyaire), De'Yanna (Demetrius), Dayne, Ricky and David; his great grandchildren, Lacey, Ineyirall, Dajae, Syncere, Derrick Jr., Pharrah, Hezekiah V., Tiana, De'Lynn, De'Va, Edyn, Lillian, Violet and Quameir; and his great great grandchild Normani. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

Viewing was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Congo Legacy Center (501 W 28th St, Wilmington, DE 19802). A celebration of life was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
