With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard L. Cox (Wilmington, Delaware), born in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 19, 2022. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Laura Cox (Hanna) and Lewis Cox. He is survived by: his wife Janice (Cullen); his brother George Cox; and his sister-in-law Elaine Hammel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
