Brown; his sister Margaret White; his siblings-in-law, Alberta D. Jackson, Rachael B. Jackson, Myrtle Jackson, Hannelore Jackson, Minerva Harmon, Clarence White, Joseph B. Jackson, Jr., Christopher N. Jackson Sr., Robert S. Jackson, Sr. and Joseph Harmon; and his great grandchild Jayden Terrell Brown.

He is survived by: his children, Howard R. 3rd, Tracey T. Whye (John), Orlando A. (Sherell) and Deion A. (Mary); and his siblings-in-law, Percy Leon Jackson (Sheila), Arvon U. Jackson, Carolyn Jackson and Delores Jackson. He is also survived by seven granddaughters, two grandsons, four great-granddaughters, six great grandsons and two great-great grandsons.
