He is survived by: his parents, Ernest DeBright and Candida DeBright; his siblings, Emilio DeBright (Jennifer), Andrew DeBright (Shanell) and Jennifer Gallagher (Patrick); and his nieces and nephews, Dameon, Savanah, Liam and Ava. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Ian loved animals, especially his dog, Mack so in lieu of flowers, the DeBright family requests memorial contributions be made in Ian's name to Faithful Friends Animal Society, 12 Germay Drive, Wilmington, DE 19804.
