He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Weaver Sr. and Jean Poore; and his brother Kenny Weaver Sr.. He is survived by: his fiancé Robin Foster; his sons, Jason Weaver (Roni), Brandan Weaver (Meagan) and Steven Ponte (Stephanie); his siblings, Jeff Weaver (Liz), Chuck Guessford (Mary), Kathy Drennen, Kimberly Weaver-Williams (Joe) and Krissy Childress; and his caregiver Linda Wood. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
