Daley; her children, Claire and Cameron Daley; her parents, Ronald D'Amico (Pamela) and Sandra D'Amico; her brothers, Jason D'Amico (Kristen) and Gregory D'Amico (Jamie); her nieces, Cora and Emilie; her nephew Nicholas D'Amico; her parents-in-law, Joseph and Tamra Daley; her brothers-in-law, Jeff Daley (Stacy) and Chris Daley (Tyler); her nieces and nephews, Ellie and Chase Daley; and her stepsister Kim Goode (Darren).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the existing Go Fund Me, created to help support the Daley family and to start an education fund for Cameron and Claire.
