It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline E Penn Thomas (Wilmington, Delaware), who passed away on November 20, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Penn and Thelma Randolph Penn; and her husband Clinton E. Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Allen "Jay" Jones, Kimberly "Kim" Freeman, Michelle B. Jones and Stacey M. Robinson; her grandchildren, Janecia E. Freeman, Quentin M. Freeman and Jordan N. Robinson; her siblings, Dr. Marcia Wright-Dorsey, Beverly Griffin (Larry Sr.), Ginger Cummings (Frederick), Wayne Penn (JoAnn) and Donna Jeffreys (Bradley); and her sister-in-law Linda Penn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested contributions to be made to the American Diabetes Association (diabetes.org) or the American Lung Association (lung.org).
