He is survived by: his wife Betty Jane Carey (Stolp) of Wilmington, Delaware; his mother Anne Marie Carey (Gaw) of Keyport; his daughter Kristen Elizabeth Carey-Reed (Richard Reed Jr) of Ingleside, Maryland; his sisters, Mary Donohue (Kevin) of Cliffwood Beach and Patricia Nulty; his nieces and nephews, Michael Nulty (Kimberly Nulty), Keri Nulty, Tara Nulty, Shannon Nulty, Sean Donohue (Carissa Donohue) and Casey Donohue (Jillian Donohue); and his great-nephew Jack Nulty. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
