He was predeceased by: his parents, James Sr. Horn and Margaret Horn (Marren); his wife Dolores D. Horn (Rinaldi); and his brother George Horn. He is survived by: his sons, James W. Horn and Brian Horn; his granddaughter Chloe; his siblings, John "Jack" Horn (Jeannette), Margaret Teporelli, Patricia Horn, Marie Horn Howarth, William Horn, Susan Hewlett (Brian), Maureen Huckel, Catherine Thomas, Eleanor Ranieri (Tony) and Dolores "Lori" Taylor (Frank); and his sister-in-law Denyse Dittus. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
