Jane S. Nelson Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on June 9, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Jane S. Nelson of Wilmington, Delaware. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Jane is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Jane's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret J. Shortell (Blackwell) and John J. Shortell. She is survived by: her husband Stephen C. Nelson; her daughters, Karen and Jennifer Nelson; and her brother John Shortell.
