It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janette Barbara Blizzard of Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on January 28, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy DeFague (King) and John DeFague; her husband Charles Floyd Blizzard; and her siblings, Johnny, Stephen and Judith.

She is survived by: her daughter Judith Marie Blizzard; her brothers, Charles "Rusty" Blizzard, Michael Blizzard and Patrick Blizzard; her grandchildren, Charlotte, Amanda, Patrick and Hannah; and her siblings, Angela Smith (Robert) of Virginia, Patsy Grimm and Michael DeFague (Marietta) of Delaware. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
