She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Mingo and Ernie Mingo Sr.; and her brother Ernie Mingo Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Westman; her daughter Chloe; and her sister Carol (Tom). She is also survived by her nieces, nephew, their children, and many, many friends.
