He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay E. Poole and Dorthey J. Poole of Erie, PA. He is survived by: his sister Janet L. Poole; his stepmother Cindy Lemur; his wife Nancy M. Poole; his children, Jay Scott (Amy), Jennifer Lindsey Peckham (Greg) and Ryan Dean (Samantha); his grandchildren, Abigail, Bradford, Kylie and Grayson; and his brother Dr. R. Gary Poole (Cindy L. Wells) of Myrtle Beach, SC..
