She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Molitoris and Angelo Andrezze; and her siblings, Mary Weeks and Carl Guastovino. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Kubasko, Sr.; her children, Dennis Kubasko, Jr. (Erika) of Carolina Beach, NC, Derek Kubasko (Mary Anne) of Wallingford and Gina Martin (Edward) of West Grove; her grandchildren, Colin, Keira, Andrew, Claire and Julia; and her sister Angie Kozakiewicz (Martin). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Mealey Funeral Home - Limestone (2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeanne's name to AI DuPont Children's Hospital.
