She was predeceased by: her parents, Pauline Molitoris and Angelo Andrezze; and her siblings, Mary Weeks and Carl Guastovino. She is survived by: her husband Dennis Kubasko, Sr.; her children, Dennis Kubasko, Jr. (Erika) of Carolina Beach, NC, Derek Kubasko (Mary Anne) of Wallingford and Gina Martin (Edward) of West Grove; her grandchildren, Colin, Keira, Andrew, Claire and Julia; and her sister Angie Kozakiewicz (Martin). She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Jeanne's name to AI DuPont Children's Hospital.
