She is survived by: her grandchildren, Blake Chase, Zachary Chase, Natalie Erickson, Ella Erickson, Chase Haupt and Zoe Haupt; her husband Arthur "Burt" Chase (Burt); and her children, Christopher Chase (Laura Kopfinger Chase), Amy Chase Erickson (Christian Erickson) and Jennifer Chase Haupt (J. Zachary Haupt).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions be made to The Children's Oncology Group, The Andrew McDonough B+ Foundation, or Alzheimer's Association.
