He was predeceased by: his parents, Alwyn Rogers (Rusby) and Jeremiah R. Rogers; and his siblings, Patrick, Richard "Pete" Rogers and Judith Schwagel.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria Testone Rogers; his daughter Genevieve Rogers; and his stepsons, Michael and Stephen McHugh. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and close family friends.
