He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lynch and Elizabeth Lynch. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne Lynch (Zeroka); his children, Madeline, Charlotte and Colin; his siblings, Jay, Christopher (DeAnn), Elizabeth (Kevin), MaryKay (Gary), Jody (Elizabeth), Margie (Ron), Robert (Kathleen) and Jeffrey; and his father-in-law Mike Zeroka.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Delaware State Parks, in honor of Jerome's life, spirit and passion to be outdoors.
