He is survived by: his wife Jacinta Thomas-Phillips of Maryland; his sisters-in-law, Frances Brown of Maryland, Michelle Cambridge, Brenda Thomas, Joan Burgess of Trinidad and Tobago; his nieces, Meraline, Charlene, Cheryl and Jacqueline English; his stepchildren, Eva Swint, Renee Bartley, Richard Bartley, Donald Bartley and Wilford Bartley; his nephews, Tyrone and Andrew L. Brown, Jr.; his great-nephew Brian; his great-niece Taneice English; and his cousins, John Brown (Maryland), Johnnie Mae Livingston (Georgia), Gloria Harper, Rudolph Williams, Eloise Toomer and Preston Akins. He is also survived by family, including his loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
