She was predeceased by: her parents, Reno Joseph and Pearl Stephano (Culley); her husband David J. Manley, Sr.; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Stephano, Barbara Manley and Trudy Hubbard.

She is survived by: her children, Catherine Urban (Michael), David J. Manley, Jr. (Cecilia), Donald Manley (Lisa) and Donna Eoppolo (Thomas); her grandchildren, Heather Jones, Michael, Erin Urban, Douglas, Kyle, Ken, David, III, Gregory Manley, Chad, Chelsea and Shannon Finch; her great grandchildren, Maura, Chloe Jones, Emma Manley, Lia, Heidi and Colin Urban; her brother William Stephano; and her sister-in-law Barbara Gestwick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
