He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his nieces and nephews, Cindy Centeno (Jorge), Rob Croonborg (Liz), Lily Wojcik (Brandon), Lindsay Schwisow (Patrick) and Ian Duncan; and his family, Tuscany, Germany, Southeast Asia and Rehoboth Beach.
