He was predeceased by: his mother Norina Angelini DalGesso; his brothers, Pietro DalGesso and Louis DiMartino; his stepfather Philip DiMartino; and his sons-in-law, John Monigle and Daniel Jones.
He is survived by: his father Giovanni DalGesso, Sr.; his wife Annette DalGesso (Samluk); his daughters, Noreen DeMatteis (John), Lisa Monigle and Deanna Jones; his grandchildren, J. R. DeMatteis (Megan), John Monigle, Eric Monigle (Gina), Laurel Grant (Ty) and Daniel Jones, Jr. (Karlie); his great grandchildren, Leila, Isabelle, Jameson, Tyce and Daniel III; and his niece Tina Desmond (John).
