He was predeceased by: his wife Jackie of Bel Aire, MD. He is survived by: his parents, Karen J. Kennedy of Henderson, NC and John E. Magee, Sr. of Wilmington, DE.; his children, John E. III, Ethan W. and Roseleigh; and his brother Christopher of Wilmington.
