He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace T. Foskey Sr. and Martha Foskey (Dove); his wife Marie E. Foskey (Kozlowski); and his brother Horace T. Foskey, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Harriet "Suggie" Rose (Gary) and John W. Jr. (Erika Mutter); his sisters, Rebecca B. Blackburn and Susan P. Gunzel (Claus); and his friend William Persoleo, Jr. (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Hedwig Church (408 S Harrison St, Wilmington, DE 19805). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at the same location.
