He was predeceased by : his parents, Teresa Moore (Corrigan) and John Moore. He is survived by : his wife Diane Moore; his children, Bernadette (Joseph Speck), John (Jeanne Marie Moore), Catherine Moore, Mary Moore, Theresa Moore, Monica Moore and Gianna Moore; his grandsons, Benedict and David; and his sisters, Mary Moore and Margaret "Peg" Cristello (Sal).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mealey Funeral Home - Limestone (2509 Limestone Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, May 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cathedral of Saint Peter (500 N West St, Wilmington, DE 19801).
