He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilio Capaldi and Rose Capaldi (Rizzo). He is survived by: his sons, Joseph "Joey" Michael Capaldi Jr. (Trudy) of Middletown and Scott Anthony Capaldi (Irina) of Wilmington; his grandchildren, Nicholas Angelo Capaldi, Samantha Lynne Capaldi and Marlayna Renee Capaldi of Wilmington, DE; and his brother Larry Capaldi of Florida.
