He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Hansell, Sr. and Dorothy Beamesderfer Hansell; and his siblings, David Hansell and Sarah Mulray. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Consolloy Hansell; his children, Robin Bodenhamer (William), Joseph Hansell (Crystal Zanella), Janet Fuller, Tracey Brady, Richard Tillinghast (Maria), Brian Horne (Heather) and Christopher Horne (Carolyn); his siblings, Bruce Hansell (Angie), Ted Hansell (Peg), Irene Ferrante (Mike) and Matt Hansell (Maryanne); and his grandchildren, Bill Bodenhamer, Max Bodenhamer, Joseph Hansell, Andrew Hansell, Corey Horne, Paige Horne, Zoe Horne, Tyler Tillinghast, Heather Brady and James Brady. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
