He is survived by: his wife Pamela Gilkerson Maciey; his sons, Joseph Maciey III (Adriana) and Jasen Maciey (Pam); his grandchildren, Karalena Maciey, Annika Maciey, Jasen Maciey, Jr. and Braxton Maciey; and his siblings, Anthony Maciey, Michael Maciey (Michele) and Donna Thomson (Joe).
