He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Zambanini and Lucia "Lucy" Rapuano. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Zambanini (Vicki) and Lucia Zambanini; his brother Richard Zambanini (Marie); his niece Nicole Zambanini; and his friend Charlie.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made in his memory to Compassionate Care Hospice.
