She was predeceased by: her parents, Gardiner Haver and Helen Haver (Hawkins) of Poland, NY.; her brother Wayne "Big Wheel" Haver; and her niece Kristen Haver of Poland, NY.. She is survived by: her husband William Chrzan; her daughter Lynda Neef (Matthew) of North Wilmington, DE; her grandchildren, Bella, Crystal and Billy; her grand-puppy Zero; her brother Gilbert Haver (Beth); her sister-in-law Cheryl Haver; her nephews, Wayne Haver Jr. (Vicki), Greg Haver (Erica) and Tom Haver (Amy); and her niece Kelly Volo (Jace).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations in Joyce's memory be made to support vital research on Alzheimer's disease and memory loss through the Delaware Center for Cognitive Aging Research (https://ud.alumniq.com) or the Alzheimer's Association.
