She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence R. Nichols and Blanche L. Nichols; and her sisters, Maxine Miles, Daphine Scrivens and Thea Howard.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jameka J. Brock (Karl) and Janell Nichols; her grandchildren, Jada Weir, Mark Weir and Nylah Brock; and her sister Linda Fews (Tariq Harrigan). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family and friends.
