She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. "Jack" Smith, Jr. and Mildred E. Smith; and her brothers, Thomas "Smitty" Smith and John Smith III. She is survived by: her siblings, Margaret Thompson (Ralph Thompson) and Jim Smith (Eva Smith); and her close friend Charlie Wisniewski. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Judy's name to Faithful Friends Animal Society, 12 Germay Drive, Wilmington, DE 19804.
