She was predeceased by: her parents, Basil and Lola Sumner; her husband Gary A. Samuels; and her siblings, Marjorie Herr, Audrey Schurr, Irene Martin, Dixie Balbi, Betty Eshelman, Bob, Willard and Howard.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Samuels (Colleen) and Jeffrey Holmes (Mike Pritchett); her sister Susie Lawson (Robert); and her grandsons, Chandler and Austin. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
