She was predeceased by: her husband John H. "Jack" Tobin; and her siblings, Michael Smith and Mary Nardo. She is survived by: her daughter Kathleen M. Tobin (Michael Crowe) of Norfolk, VA; and her siblings, Helen Harris of Wilmington and John Smith (Janice) of Newark.
