She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos "Hank" Horne, Jr. and Violet Horne; and her brother Amos "Bud" Horne III. She is survived by: her husband Charles Gray; her children, Charles Gray, Jr. (Louise) and Susan Emmons (Robert); her grandsons, Jason and Scott Gray; and her children, Allison and Brian Emmons. She is also survived by 10 Great-grandchildren.
As her health failed, she moved to an Assisted Living Facility at Wilmington in 2020 to be closer to her family only to have her in-person visits cut short by the Covid 19 outbreak. But she outlived the pandemic.
