We are sad to announce that, on May 29, 2023, at the age of 91, Kathleen T. Barton of Wilmington, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father John Ernest; her husband H. Dudley Barton; and her brother John V. Townsend. She is survived by: her mother Sarah V. Townsend; her children, Keith Barton and Cynthia Rafferty; her son-in-law Bill Rafferty; her granddaughters, Sarah, Katie Barton and Katherine Barton; her brother Donald; her sister-in-law Georgie Townsend; and her sister Lillian Karwowski. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Kathy's name to Red Clay Creek Presbyterian Church or The Ministry of Caring Inc., 115 East 14th Street, Wilmington, DE 19801.
