He is survived by: his wife Annie Weighhill (Smith); his son Jay Keith (late Laura); his grandchildren, Matthew (Stephanie), Melodie (late Todd), Michael (Stefanie), Mark (Melissa) and Martin (Leah); his great grandchild Ruthanne Kay (Harry); Brandon, Arielle, Daniel Ray, Sarah (Angelo), Diane Fay, Christopher, Joshua and Keith.
