He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Stiner (LaRock) and John Stiner; and his brother Donny. He is survived by: his wife Frances E. Stiner (Troutman); his children, Cory L. Troutman, Larry J. Stiner and April J. Kipkogei (Stiner); his grandchildren, Jemma J. Troutman, Cayden and Colton Troutman; and his siblings, Jack Stiner, Linda Riley, Bonnie J. Slone and Terry Comer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
