He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Tutak and Martha Tutak (Honeychurch). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Tutak; his children, Dana Tutak (Ben) and Christopher Tutak; his brother Rich Tutak (Donna); and his grandson Sawyer Fitzpatrick.
