He was predeceased by: his father Allen J. Dugan; his father-in-law William J. Farrell; his brother-in-law Stephen P. Farrell; and his nephew Billy Dugan. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Dugan (Farrell); his siblings, Vincent "Buzz" Dugan (JoAnne), William "Billy" Dugan and Linda M. Dugan; his mother-in-law Mary T. Farrell; and his siblings, Ann Marie Noble (Jim), Elizabeth Bothner (Paul), William J. Farrell II, Thomas D. Farrell (Sandy) and Lauren T. Farrell (Kathleen T. Farrell). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
