He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Zelma Piel and C. Bane Curtis; and his uncle Darrell Curtis. He is survived by: his wife Anne Ogden; his siblings, Daniel Curtis (Adrienne) and Elizabeth Curtis; his grandparents, William and Nancy Glennon; his parents-in-law, Sue Ogden, Kate Ogden and Tommy Ogden (Rachael); his nieces and nephews, Emma, Charley, Alice, Cayden and Sophia; his godson Bowie; and his aunts and uncles, Bill Glennon (Bonnie), Sheilah Ruppert (Steve), Trisha Stauffer (Jeff), Denis Glennon, Kathleen Bernlohr (Jim), Marybeth Curtis and Monette Rebecca.

Lee's family kindly asks that in lieu of flowers, you cheer loudly for your favorite team and direct any memorial contributions to Salesianum Advancement Office attn.
