He is survived by: his children, Ebony (Tyran) and Eric; his wife Sarah Johnson; his children, Lewis Jr. (Laquita), Yvette Rose and Teresa Johnson Hayward; his grandchildren, Regena Everett, TreVaun Johnson (Destinny), Tiera Johnson, Monet Miller, Tyana Moore, Lewis Johnson III, Eric Johnson Jr. and Emani Johnson; his great grandchildren, TreVaun Jr. and Tahani Johnson; his niece Beverly Carroll; his nephew James Tunnell; his siblings, George Carroll (Bernadette), Carl Carroll, Thomas Carroll, Loretta Hinton, Beverly Vann, Mary Castillo, Lola Curtis and Joann Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Vera Bundick (Reginald), Joshua Tunnell, Amos Bratten, Sr., Blanche Spencer, Lois Tunnell and Charlotte Demby. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
