She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert A. Williams and Hattie Williams (Dzielak); her husband George W. Petitt; her daughter Lorraine E. Papillo; her siblings, Donald Williams, Richard Williams and Patricia Bourdon; and her granddaughter Tiffany Vandever.
She is survived by: her children, Sharon L. Whittaker (William) and William B. Vandever; her sister Judy Williams-Solge; and her grandchildren, Douglas Adkins, Stephanie Adkins, Damien Papillo, Sara Papillo, Albert Vandever, Kaitlyn Layman and Andrew Brainard. She is also survived by 17 great-grandchildren.
