She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco DiGioacchino and Aminta DiGioacchino (DiTomasso); her husband Howard J. O'Connor; and her siblings, Lisabetta DiGioacchino, Rocco DiGioacchino MD, Josephine "Fifi" Lopes and Anna McConnell.
She is survived by: her children, Maura O'Connor and Aminta O'Connor; her sister Theresa Panunto; her granddaughter Katie Whitestone; and her great grandchild Chloe Reilly.
