She was predeceased by: her husband John Soares; her parents, Andrew Brodycz and Rozalia Kobyliuk Brodycz; her siblings, Walter Brodycz, Daniel Brodycz and Natalie Zaparaniuk; and her grandson David Soares.
She is survived by: her children, John Soares (Theresa), Ann Birzes, Tina Donald and Paul Soares (Kathy); and her sister Olga Iwanciw. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
