She was predeceased by: her parents, Edna Cooney and George Cooney; her sister Edna Vadden; her grandson Kevin Lally; and her brother George Donald Cooney.
She is survived by: her sons, Edward W. Lally, Jr. (Mary "Tunie") and James Lally (Christine); her grandchildren, Christine Deegan (Tim) and Edward W. Lally, III (Leslie); and her great grandchildren, Abbey Deegan, Ryan Deegan, Shane Deegan and Kaitlyn Lally. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
