She was predeceased by: her husband Harry C. Hopkins; and her siblings, Carl T. Jr., Eugenia Barto, John Sr., Esther Lindell, Frank Sr., Margaret McVey, Charles and Dorothy Kroninger.
She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine M. Grieco (Michael) and Patricia J. Lohinetz (Michael); her grandchildren, Mark A. Pitirzzi (Kirsten), Lori M. Demanczyk (John), Leah M. McClure (Robert) and Kaci A. Middlemas (Gregory); her great grandchildren, Brianna L. Demanczyk, Hannah M. McClure, Parker H. McClure, Reid G. Middlemas and Lena P. Middlemas; and her sister L. Paula Johnson.
It was Marie's wish that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor, 185 Salem Church Road, Newark, DE 19713 or a charity of your choice.
