She was predeceased by: her parents, Annie Rackley and William Rackley; her husband Rev. Cecil Irwin, Sr.; and her son Cecil Irwin, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Irwin Smith (Ted Harting) of Wilmington; her great grandchildren, Luke, Jake and Emma Smith of Lincoln University, PA.; and her brother Harvey Rackley.
