Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Mary Honey of Wilmington, Delaware, born in Chesapeake City, Maryland, who passed away at the age of 72, on March 15, 2022. She was predeceased by: her mother Nancy Carlton; and her husband Charles I. Honey. She is survived by: her father Walter Carlton; her children, Dawn Honey of Wilmington and Christopher Honey (Heather) of Bear, DE; her grandchildren, Aaron, Sara, Ryan, Arielle, Ashley, Mary, Kyla and Roddy; her sisters, Susan Carlton of Perryville, MD and Joanne Schmidt of Newark; and her friends, Maggie and Dottie. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in Mary's honor to the Faithful Friends Animal Society located at 12 Germay Drive, Wilmington DE 19804.
