He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise D'Aguiar and Ernest D'Aguiar; his wife Ellen D'Aguiar; and his siblings, Eddie, Joe, Ivan D'Aguiar and Matilda D'Aguiar.

He is survived by: his sons, Brian D'Aguiar and Steve D'Aguiar. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
