Maxine C. Kelly Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Maxine C. Kelly of Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on June 7, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Maxine leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She is survived by: her husband Edward; her stepson Craig Kelly (Meadow); her grandchildren, Kyle Kelly, Victoria Murphy (Tim) and Nathan Kelly; and her sister Anita Pacelli (Virgil).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Church (7200 Lancaster Pike, Hockessin, DE 19707). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Max's name to the Delaware SPCA.
